Acurel "Cut to Fit" Ammonia Reducer Infused Media Pad quickly absorbs ammonia to reduce risk of disease and stress. This pad is used as a preventative measure rather than as a remedy for sustained ammonia concentrations. The pad has a thick, rigid design that creates a tighter fit, holds shape longer, decreases water pass-through and extends the life of the pad. It effectively removes organic particles, foreign debris, waste and excess food. The 18" X 10" pad can be cut to fit canister filters, hang-on filters, internal filters, wet/dry filters, sumps, and any other pond or aquarium filtration units. For use in freshwater aquariums only.
